So Monday was my first time to throw on a pottery wheel and well I was unsure of how hard it was going to be because everyone that was in the classes told me it was very difficult for them to learn...

Well the teacher did a little 10 minute demo and it went by quick lol I was like can I see again but she was like no its your turn... A few of the older more seasoned students that I admire gathered round which made me more nervous lol cause they were expecting greatness yet again just like I produced right off the bat in Ceramics 1

Well to my surprise I was able to throw a cylinder 8 inches high...

One of the students an older lady whom I didn't know walked up and was like damn that's good you bastard it took me 4 months to do that...

So with 4 people watching me I knocked out 6 cylinders and a Cup...

Well since I produced so much the teacher was like your a natural...

Now make 100 cups in 2 weeks...

My jaw dropped lol

But today I dropped in to say high to my old teacher and sat down and was like can I make a bowl?

Well I did



Though I made it specifically to make my Matcha tea in the morning...
